Sweet Dumpling
The 3-4 meters long vines bear 10 small ivory and green striped fruits which average 300-800 grammes. The light golden flesh is very sweet and tender and tastes of chestnut. It is a excellent keeper, up to 9 months and even more sometimes. This highly ornamental variety can be used for decoration. From direct sowing: 90-100 days.

Table Gold
This bush variety bears acorn type fruits 10-12 cm long and 8-10 cm in diameter. The skin is very hard and light yellow, turning bright orange when fully ripe.
The flesh is thick, fine-grained, tender, sweet, orange with a delicate flavour of hazelnut. The fruits keep from 3 to 6 months. They contain 3 times more vitamin A than other acorns.
This heirloom variety is originally from the USA. it is also known as “Jersey Golden Acorn”. It was awarded in USA in 1982.
Winter Luxury
The heavily netted and golden orange fruits are round and slightly flattened. They reach 15-25 cm in diameter and 2-5 kg. The flesh is yellow-orange, sweet, flavorful and of fine quality. This variety is prolific and an excellent keeper. From direct sowing: 100 days.

Spaghetti
A real conversation piece because of its spaghetti-like appearance when scooped out of a cooked fruit. (Steam or bake the mature fruit for about 30 minutes, cut in half and remove the seeds). The flesh has a nutty flavor. The rind is hard and ivory colored at maturity. The trailing plants yield 2 to 5 fruits which average 25-30 cm and 1-3 kg. From direct sowing: 90 days.

Citrouille De Tourraine
The very large fruits can grow to 50 kg. They can reach 50-70 cm in length and 30-50 in diameter. The smooth skin is grey-green striped of dark green. The flesh is yellow-pinkish and not very thick.
