Annadana: a team and volunteers in the seed bank and the gardens (part 02)

Young Volunteers from Auroville

Since the creation of Annadana in 2000, many young volunteers from Auroville have been helping in the seed bank and in the gardens.
Here (in the first seed-bank built in 2000), a team is preparing thousands of seed packets to be sent to rural communities of India.

Students came from Europe to spend a few months in the gardens to learn about production of seed in tropical climate.
Here the students are covering the tomato tunnels with insect-net to prevent cross-pollination in between varieties.

Since the creation of Annadana in 2000, many young volunteers from Auroville have been helping in the seed bank and in the gardens.
Here is the preparation of seed packets in the second seed-bank.
